Justifacts is a top-tier full-service background screening provider.  You will receive hands-on care by your account manager and team to assist in your screening program and daily needs.  Further, you can rest assured that the system applies both local and federal compliance in the applicable jurisdictions keeping the process simple for all of those involved.

After activating the Justifacts integration through the SmartRecruiters marketplace, simply let your Justifacts account manager know about the activation.

Electronic Task System

The Justifacts system is built with ease of use for both you and your candidates in mind.  The system has a built-in task system used to gather any additional information needed from the applicant for instant report updating and minimal back and forth between parites.

Adverse Action

The Justifacts system offers several easy to use options to help manage pre-adverse and adverse action if they were to occur.  The system will help guide you through the process and can even securely email all the required documents to the candidate (at no additional charge).

Individualized Assesment

Justifacts offers a free Individualized Assessment (IA) feature that will allow you to apply your hiring decision to the system, influencing the final report status, and automatically starting the pre-adverse action in the event the candidate is ineligible for employment.
