Overview

Fairgo.ai provides an assessment integration that enables hiring managers to invite candidates to a live video interview, powered by our expert AI agent.  Interview questions are generated from the job description and available to edit in the fairgo.ai platform.  Once interviews are complete an evaluation will be immediately available for hiring managers.

Integration details

Following is a high level overview of the steps in the integration
  • Jobs will be created in fairgo.ai when they are published in Smart Recruiters.
  • Fairgo.ai creates interview questions based on the job description, which can be edited by the hiring managers.
  • When an assessment is created for a candidate Fairgo.ai will send an email to the candidate inviting them to the live video interview.
  • Once complete an interview will be evaluated immediately by fairgo.ai
  • A score and status will be updated in Smart Recruiters along with a link to fairgo.ai so hiring managers can review the full scoring details including  the transcript and video

FAQ

Fairgo.ai is a web application that will run in any web browser including mobile devices. Candidates will be asked to connect their microphone and/or camera to start the interview. Our platform is able to adapt to low bandwidth scenarios, sending data securely over the internet, not storing anything on device.
Fairgo.ai uses real-time speech to text and large language models to have a conversation with candidates. Our platform will ask follow up questions based on the candidate's response to give them the best chance at providing a thorough answer. Once the interview is complete the interview transcript will be evaluated and a scorecard prepared. Video recordings can be also be reviewed by the hiring manger.
