MeVitae's anonymized recruiting solution redacts over 20 parameters, ranging from gender to university names, across all candidate documents, including CVs, cover letters, and transcripts, directly within the SmartRecruiters ATS.
 
The solution instantly screens and redacts hundreds of candidate documents, operating across various formats such as PDF, DOCX, PNG and RTF, while preserving the original formatting. Customizable redactions cater to organizational needs, allowing tailored adjustments based on geography or department. By mitigating cognitive and algorithmic bias from the hiring process, MeVitae's solution serves as a catalyst for driving Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion into organizations worldwide.


Integration details

MeVitae leverages the SmartRecruiters API and webhook capabilities to export and import job applicants for blind recruiting.

In order to redact SmartRecruiters job applicant fields a MeVitae browser extension is required. The browser extension is support by Mobile Device Management roll out in Chrome, Edge, Safari, Firefox and Opera.
