Talk’n’Job is a virtual voice-guided job application designed to lower barriers for applicants.

By enabling candidates to apply for jobs using voice response on their mobile phones, the solution effectively reduces barriers and provides a convenient and seamless job application experience. It is particularly beneficial for entry-level and high-volume roles, and for candidates without résumés or an online presence.

The tool overcomes any barriers in the initial contact with candidates during the application process. They don't have to download an app, they don't have to register first and they don't have to upload any documents. All the candidates need is a mobile phone. This way we ensure that as many people as possible can use the tool, no matter when or where.

The barrier-free application process can increase the conversion to an actual application. Start Basic
The basic version includes everything that is needed for a valuable use. It includes a customized avatar, adjusted chats for the job profiles and the integration in SAP SuccessFactors for a seamless process. The application is completely platform independent (no download, no registration).

The virtual interview can be performed in any language (pre-setted in the candidate's device), allowing international use and everyone to access the application process.

Local Job Selector

Optimize the process
