Integration details

Step 1: Connect Testlify to SmartRecruiters

  1. Go to SmartRecruiters > Settings > App and Integration.
  2. Search for Testlify, click Connect, then Allow and Continue.
  3. On the Testlify page, click Accept.
  4. You’ll be redirected to SmartRecruiters with a confirmation message.

Step 2: Send Assessment to Candidate

  1. Go to Jobs and select a candidate.
  2. Under the Assessment tab, click Browse.
  3. Choose an assessment from the list – the invitation is sent automatically.
  4. Once completed, the candidate’s score updates automatically in SmartRecruiters.

FAQ

To create a new assessment:

  1. Go to the Assessments tab.
  2. Click Create New Assessment.
  3. Add a Job Role and Assessment Name.
  4. Select the relevant Tests.
  5. Add any Custom Questions if required.
  6. Review and configure Assessment Settings.
  7. Invite Candidates to take the assessment.

You can invite candidates via:

  • Individual Email Invite
  • Bulk Email Invite (CSV upload)
  • Public Link
  • ATS Integration

To invite:

  1. Click Invite Candidates.
  2. For individual invites: Enter candidate details and click Invite.
  3. For bulk invites: Upload a CSV file or generate a Public Link to share.

  1. Click on your Profile icon and select Settings.
  2. Go to the Users section.
  3. Click Add Member.
  4. Enter the email ID and choose a role (Admin/Member).
  5. Click Add Member to send an invitation.
