Compliance packages are created within the WorkPro platform and are a combination of different checks based on a role or a team requirement. This allows for the integration of compliance requirements directly into your recruitment process via SmartRecruiters.
To align user accounts between WorkPro and SmartRecruiters, you will need to generate WorkPro user accounts for all your SmartRecruiters users, ensuring full visibility and control over the compliance checks and processes.
Search for the candidate and navigate to their Assessments section. From there, browse and send one or multiple compliance packages. Candidates will receive a personal invitation and a unique WorkPro token to start addressing the compliance requirements.
Candidate results and status updates can be viewed directly from your SmartRecruiters account. Updates include "Pending," "In Progress," "Completed," and "Rejected," with details accessible in the Candidate Assessment section.
