Here is how it works:
- The required background checks are ordered by the employer through an API integration with Joynd. Once ordered, fit2work sends an email invitation to the candidate.
- The candidate creates a fit2work profile to complete the checking application process. If the prospective employee is a previous user of fit2work, all they have to do is log in.
- The background check process will be supported by the fit2work support and fulfillment team via email, telephone, and live chat.
- Status updates on where the checks are in the application process will be pushed back through Joynd. A completed status will be sent to the employers for each check, and they can log into their fit2work account to view the detailed check reports.
